Eric Cador

Position: Senior Vice President and President, EMEA
Eric Cador joined the Group in 2015 and currently is Senior Vice President of the Company and President of the EMEA Geography, leading the PC, smartphone, tablet and server businesses in the geography, which covers more than 140 countries and 50 offices.
 
Before joining Lenovo, Mr. Cador held numerous senior leadership roles at Hewlett-Packard, including leading the PC business in EMEA for 10 years. His most recent role was EMEA senior vice president of Printing and Personal Systems. He was also part of the leadership team that completed the Compaq integration. Earlier roles included EMEA senior vice president of Personal Systems Group; vice president and general manager of Worldwide Business Desktop Division; general manager of the Worldwide Small Business PC Division; as well as numerous marketing roles.
 
Prior to joining Lenovo, Eric ran his own strategic consultancy business for two years – advising a variety of clients on strategy and business plans, organizational structure, go-to-market strategies, M&A integration, and leadership development and coaching. He began his career at the reseller Computerland.
 
Mr. Cador has a Master’s degree in Economic Sciences degree from the University of Rennes. His outside interests include golf, skiing and small catamaran sailing.
