Lenovo Selected by Universum as One of the World’s Most Attractive Employers for 2011

The rankings from Universum, an employer branding company with headquarters in Sweden, are based on where students from top academic institutions around-the-world say they most want to work. Universum’s global talent attraction index is based upon feedback from approximately 160,000 business and/or engineering career seekers worldwide.

The Stockholm-based Universum compiles two lists, one for the top business employer and one for the top engineering employer. The survey indicates the companies that are top-of-mind employers and to what extent, and are therefore the companies that may have a competitive advantage in attracting new talent.
