In his conversation with host Alexa Carlin, Tiago Da Costa Silva shares that too often IT leaders start by asking “What can AI do?” instead of “What outcomes do we want, and how can AI help us get there?” To demonstrate ROI from AI initiatives, he advises business to focus on their needs and goals first, and then explore how AI can accelerate achieving them.

One of the outcomes that we want to provide to customers, and internally as well, is about getting better user experience, users being more productive. So in order to do that, we actually developed this platform called Care of One, where we drive hyper personalization. So the AI engine will figure out what is the best hardware, the best software, the best services that you need as a persona.

Tiago also shared that Lenovo believes in customizing its AI approach for each client’s unique situation. That’s why Lenovo works with customers to define desired outcomes, create a strategy, work within their existing technology stack, optimize and scale their operations, and provide expert consulting to accelerate AI adoption organization wide. Across enterprises, the employee experience has become front and center for most CIOs. With the rapid proliferation of hybrid work, Anil Nair and Lohit Lakshman discussed the challenges of enabling greater productivity while creating an environment that keeps employees happy.
