Eurofragance, founded in Barcelona over 35 years ago, is on a mission to become the go-to global partner for fragrance creation. From fine perfumery to personal and home care, the company blends creative artistry with scientific precision to develop distinctive scents for brands worldwide.

Since first finding commercial success in the Middle East in the 1990s, Eurofragance has grown into a global provider of fragrances, with teams worldwide collaborating to develop and deliver products at scale.

To support its continued expansion, Eurofragance wanted to simplify how IT devices were deployed, managed and supported across the business. By standardizing its endpoint strategy with a global technology partner, the company has accelerated device deployment, reduced IT effort, streamlined employee onboarding and enabled IT teams to focus more time on strategic initiatives that support future growth.

Scaling IT for a global business

As Eurofragance continued to scale, it recognized the opportunity to simplify and standardize its device strategy across regions. As Fermín Rodríguez Real, Head of IT Solutions and Services at Eurofragance, said: “The company has been scaling quickly, and recognized the need to simplify management across our global estate. By removing the complexities of supporting multiple manufacturers, we aimed to reduce time spent on troubleshooting and improve consistency across regions.”

The shift also transformed how devices were prepared and delivered. Factory imaging and pre-configuration replaced much of the manual setup previously handled by IT, enabling faster deployment and a smoother onboarding experience for employees around the world.

Eurofragance worked with Lenovo to standardize its device estate and manage the full device lifecycle through Lenovo TruScale Device as a Service (DaaS). Devices are factory-configured, securely deployed and refreshed on a predictable lifecycle, reducing manual effort for IT teams while giving employees a reliable experience from day one. The result is a scalable endpoint environment that can grow alongside the business.

As part of the transformation, Eurofragance rolled out new Lenovo devices including the Lenovo ThinkPad T14 and Lenovo ThinkCentre neo 50t to employees across the global business – from Barcelona to Mexico, Türkiye, the UAE, India, Singapore and Indonesia.

To keep employees productive after deployment, Eurofragance relies on Lenovo Premier Support Plus. Rather than simply providing access to technical support, the service gives IT teams direct access to advanced Lenovo engineers, proactive issue detection and end-to-end support designed to minimize disruption. Lenovo Device Orchestration (LDO) enables IT teams to monitor, manage and help resolve endpoint issues before they affect users, while Lenovo Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) reduces the administrative burden associated with unexpected device repairs, helping employees return to work faster when accidents occur.

Eurofragance is also using Lenovo CO2 Offset Services to enable the company to simplify the calculation of its carbon emissions, such as those associated with device lifecycles, and ensure alignment with its sustainability goals.

John Stamer, Vice President and General Manager, Global Product and Sustainability Services at Lenovo, said: “For companies with global ambitions, consistency is what enables scale. By helping Eurofragance standardize its IT environment and simplify device management, we’ve created a foundation that supports faster growth, better collaboration and a more seamless employee experience worldwide.”

Faster deployment, lower IT effort

With device deployment 30% faster and both IT management effort and configuration time reduced by 60%, Eurofragance has significantly streamlined its IT operations. These improvements accelerate onboarding, reduce operational overhead, and allow IT teams to focus on more strategic priorities.

“Consistency across regions gives us a clear competitive advantage,” added Rodríguez. “Lenovo devices empower our teams to collaborate seamlessly with fewer interruptions and fewer technical constraints, bringing newfound speed, reliability and focus.”

Eurofragance’s global teams now benefit from the same high-quality device experience regardless of location. With centralized provisioning, factory imaging and coordinated global logistics, Lenovo ensures devices are delivered, configured and supported consistently across every site. This repeatable model reduces complexity and gives employees a reliable experience wherever they work.

Rodríguez says: “With Lenovo TruScale DaaS, we can easily manage IT in a consistent way across the business. Tasks that used to be slow or interrupted by device constraints now run with minimal disruption, especially in areas such as fragrance development, purchasing and finance.”

Building a foundation for future growth

For the organization, a simplified and standardized endpoint strategy creates a strong platform for continued expansion. Lenovo’s flexible, subscription-based financing model reduces upfront costs, improves cost predictability and gives the business greater agility to scale and invest as it grows.

With standardized hardware, software and proactive support now in place, new devices can be deployed more quickly and managed more efficiently across every location. As operational demands on IT continue to decrease, the team is able to focus more of its time on initiatives that create long-term business value.

Rodríguez concluded: “Together with Lenovo, we’ve established a standard that underpins everything that comes next: AI-assisted workflows, stronger cybersecurity, data governance and greater operational harmonization. Reliable, high-performance devices with Lenovo’s reliable support features make all of this much easier to implement.”
