Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Aura Edition with Custom Stickers Giveaway/Contest

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.  INTERNET AND TIKTOK ACCESS ARE REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS GIVEAWAY.  STANDARD MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY IF ENTERING VIA A MOBILE DEVICE.

Entry into the Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Aura Edition with Custom Stickers Giveaway-Contest/Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) constitutes your acceptance of these Official Rules. 

1. ENTRY PERIOD: This Giveaway entry period begins May 15, 2025 at 9:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends August 7, 2025 at 11:59 pm ET (“Entry Period”).

2. WHO MAY ENTER: Giveaway is only open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (“Territory”) who (i) are age 18 years or older or have reached the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction of residence, and (ii) have a valid TikTok account at time of entry, and maintained throughout the Entry Period and until such time as the winner has been selected and the Prize is awarded.  THIS GIVEAWAY IS VOID OUTSIDE THE TERRITORY AND WHEREVER RESTRICTED BY, WITHOUT LIMITATION, FILING OR REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS, OR OTHERWISE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.  In addition, individuals employed by Lenovo Group Limited (the “Sponsor”), or its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, and/or its advertising and promotion agencies at any time during the Entry Period  (collectively, “Giveaway Parties”), and members of their immediate family (defined as parents, spouses, children and siblings; whether biological, adopted, step or in-law) or persons living in the same household during the Entry Period (whether related or not), are not eligible.

3. HOW TO ENTER: During the Entry Period, the Sponsor will post an advertisement every week for its Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Aura Edition product and the Giveaway (the “Ad Post”) on www.tiktok.com/lenovo (“Lenovo’s TikTok Account”). All Ad Posts will feature the Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Aura Edition and a custom sticker design. On each weekly post, users can comment with their own witty/clever sticker ideas (“Submitted Sticker”). Each week, one comment will be selected creating an “Entry” into the larger Giveaway. Lenovo’s TikTok Account will video reply to the comment confirming the Giveaway Entry each week. Eligible entrants (“Entrants”) must follow all instructions provided by Sponsor to enter. At the end of the Entry Period, all eligible Entries during the Entry Period will be pooled and a Winner selected by random drawing. All Submitted Stickers must be uploaded and received by 11:59 pm ET on August 7, 2025.  Limit one Entry per person throughout the Entry Period.  

4. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: All Submitted Stickers must be in compliance with the following requirements, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion, or such Submitted Sticker may be disqualified and will not be eligible for selection as an Entry:

• The Submitted Sticker must be selected by Sponsor and confirmed via a video reply from Lenovo’s TikTok Account to count as an Entry;
• The Submitted Sticker may not be sexually explicit or suggestive; unnecessarily violent; derogatory of any ethnicity, race, gender, religion, sexual preference, disability or age group; or profane or pornographic;
• The Submitted Sticker may not be obscene, vulgar or offensive, or endorse any form of hate or hate group;
• The Submitted Sticker may not promote alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing), or promote illegal activities or any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous;
• The Submitted Sticker may not defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging or libelous remarks about Sponsor (or its products or services), or other people and/or companies;
• The Submitted Sticker may not contain or use any trademarks, logos, landmarks, copyrighted materials or other intellectual property owned by third parties (except for those of Sponsor that are featured in the Ad Post), or otherwise infringe or violate any third party rights, as determined by Sponsor, or contain any personally identifiable information of any individual;
• The Submitted Sticker may not contain any images, vocal recordings, video footage, recognizable features or any personally identifiable information of any individual other than the Entrant;(g)  The Submitted Sticker may not communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which Sponsor wishes to associate;
  (h) The Submitted Sticker must be original and solely created by the Entrant who submits it;
  (i) The Submitted Sticker must not have been previously published, submitted, or otherwise used for any other commercial purpose;
  (k) Any written portions of the Submitted Sticker must be in English;
  (l)  The use of artificial intelligence (AI) is strictly prohibited; and
  (m) Entrant’s right to submit the Submitted Sticker shall not in any way be restricted, nor shall Sponsor’s right to use the Submitted Sticker as contemplated by these Official Rules.
   
  Any Submitted Stickers containing any of the above restricted materials or any other inappropriate content may be considered ineligible and disqualified from eligibility as an Entry in the Giveaway, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.  By submitting a Submitted Sticker, each Entrant agrees that his or her Submitted Sticker complies with these Official Rules. Each Entrant also agrees that Sponsor may disqualify the Entrant from the Giveaway if Sponsor believes, in its sole and absolute discretion that a Submitted Sticker fails to comply with these Official Rules. If Sponsor rejects any Submitted Sticker, such Submitted Sticker will be disqualified and will not be considered as eligible of becoming a valid Entry. The submission of a Submitted Sticker is solely the responsibility of the Entrant.  Submitted Stickers may only be made according to the method described above. Automated submissions (including but not limited to Submitted Stickers submitted using any robot, script, macro, or other automated services) are not permitted and will be disqualified.  Only Submitted Stickers that meet all requirements, are obtained from eligible Entrants, and are actually received by Sponsor during the Entry Period will be eligible to become an Entry in the Giveaway. Illegible, unintelligible, incomplete, or garbled submissions will be disqualified. 

5. OWNERSHIP OF ENTRIES: By submitting a Submitted Sticker, each Entrant assigns to Sponsor all ownership rights in and to the Submitted Sticker (including all copyrights and/or other intellectual property thereto, and all rights embodied therein) and that only Sponsor and its designees may exploit, edit, publish, use, adapt, modify, copy, disseminate or dispose of any Submitted Sticker, the concepts embodied therein or any elements thereof, online, in print, film, television, or in any other media for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation or notification to the Entrant of any kind, except as prohibited by law.

6. WINNER DETERMINATION: At 11:59 pm ET on August 7, 2025, the Entry Period will be closed in its entirety. Each week during the Entry Period, a panel of five (5) qualified judges, consisting of Lenovo Social Media Platform Managers, will select one (1) finalist to receive an Entry and be eligible for a chance to win the Prize. A total of twelve (12) finalists will selected to receive Entries during the Entry Period.
    
   The finalists will be selected using the following criteria:
   – (60%) Creativity
   – (40%) Humor/Wittiness
    
   The top entry receiving the highest score each week among all eligible Sticker Submissions received during the applicable week will be declared a finalist and will receive an Entry in the Giveaway for a chance to win the Prize.  In the event of a tie, the individual with the highest score in the Creativity category will receive the Entry.  On or about August 15, 2025, once all twelve (12) finalists have been selected, one (1) winner will be selected at random from the pool of twelve (12) eligible Entries selected by the judges (the “Potential Winner”). The Potential Winner must complete and pass the verification process set forth in Rule 8, below, in Sponsor’s sole determination, in order to be verified as the winner and awarded the Prize.  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received.
7. PRIZE:
   There is one (1) prize available to be awarded in this Giveaway, consisting of the following (the “Prize”):
   – Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Aura Edition covered with the selected Submitted Stickers – ARV $1,049.99
    
   The total approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize in the Prize is $1,049.99.  Only the Prize specified above will be awarded. Prize is non-transferable, with no substitutions or cash redemption available; except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize or Prize component of equal or greater value should a Prize or any component of a Prize become unavailable. Except as specifically provided herein, Prize does not include insurance, incidental charges, or any other items not specifically described in these Official Rules. All applicable taxes and usage charges on Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner.  If required by law, Sponsor or its agents shall require payment from winner of taxes to be remitted to the appropriate taxing authorities. Sponsor expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any winner, any other person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the Prize. Sponsor makes no representation or warranties concerning the appearance, safety or performance of the Prize or any portion thereof. 
8. CLAIMING PRIZE: On or about August 7, 2025, one (1) Potential Winner will be notified via email or direct message on TikTok (“Winner Notification”). Potential Winner has twenty-four (24) hours from the time the Winner Notification is sent to respond as directed in the Winner Notification and confirm intent to accept the Prize by providing Potential Winner’s email address to which Sponsor can send Potential Winner an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where legal) (together, the “Prize Claim Forms”). Once received, the Prize Claim Forms must be completed in their entirety without modification, signed, notarized where indicated, and returned as directed to Sponsor within five (5) days. If Prize is unclaimed after first attempt at verifying a Potential Winner, it may not be awarded.
    
   Failure to complete, sign, notarize and return the Prize Claim Forms as directed within the time frame directed will result in disqualification, and Sponsor will have the right (but not the obligation) to select an alternative potential winner at random from the remaining eligible Entries.  If an alternate is selected, he/she will be considered a Potential Winner and must complete and pass the verification process with the same timing requirements in order to be verified as the winner.  If a Potential Winner is found to be ineligible, is determined not to be in compliance with these Official Rules, declines to accept the Prize, fails to return the Prize Claim Forms as directed, or does not comply with Sponsor’s instructions; or if the Winner Notification or any email or the Prize itself is returned as undeliverable, the Prize may be forfeited, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. If any Potential Winner forfeits a Prize, then Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to select an alternate. Giveaway Parties shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding the Prize for any reason. The Prize will only be awarded to a verified winner. By accepting the Prize, winner consents to Sponsor’s use of their name, photograph and/or likeness, voice, and statements made by or attributed to them (collectively, their “Likeness and Identification”), in perpetuity, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed (including, without limitation, print, broadcast and Internet), for all legitimate business purposes, including advertising and promotional activities without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. 
9. MISCELLANEOUS: All Submitted Stickers become the property of Sponsor and may not be acknowledged and will not be returned.  Non-conforming attempts at entry will also become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.  In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, Submitted Sticker will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the TikTok account associated with the Submitted Sticker posting.  The “authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned the account by TikTok. By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and by Sponsor’s decisions, which shall be final and binding with respect to all issues relating to this Giveaway.  It is the Entrant’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all of the conditions contained in the Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, stolen, illegible or incomplete submissions, or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. Giveaway Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway, or any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Giveaway. Giveaway Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, submissions. Giveaway Parties are not responsible for any problems, failures or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, email, players or browsers, on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, at any website, or on account of any combination of the foregoing. Giveaway Parties are not responsible for any injury or damage to participants or to any computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Giveaway.  If, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Giveaway Parties which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway and select the Potential Winner from among all eligible Entries selected prior to the event causing the cancellation.  Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Giveaway, or whom Sponsor believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption or damage will be disqualified. CAUTION:  ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.  Sponsor reserves the right to correct any typographical, printing, computer programming or operator errors.
    
   By submitting a Submitted Sticker or other materials in connection with this Giveaway, Entrant acknowledges and agrees that Sponsor may obtain many submissions or materials in connection with this Giveaway and/or other promotions of the Sponsor, or Sponsor or its agencies may produce materials similar to Entrant’s Submitted Sticker in terms of theme, idea, format or other respects. Entrant waives any and all claims Entrant has, may have had, may have, and/or may have in the future, that any materials or works accepted, reviewed and/or used by the Sponsor may be similar to his/her Submitted Sticker, or that any compensation is due to Entrant in connection with such submission or other works used by Sponsor.
    
   By participating in this Giveaway, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless all Giveaway Parties, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, representatives, agents and employees, from any and all liability whatsoever including for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, either directly or indirectly, arising from or in connection with, 1) the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of the Prize awarded herein;  2) participation in the Giveaway or any related activities; (3) use of their Entry or of their Likeness and Identification, as authorized herein; and/or breach of these Official Rules. 
10. PRIVACY: By participating in this Giveaway, Entrants agree to Sponsor’s use of their personal information for both online and offline direct marketing purposes. You may review Sponsor’s Privacy policy at: https://www.lenovo.com/us/en/privacy/. Your personal information may be shared with the other Giveaway Parties. The individual Giveaway Parties are solely responsible for their use of this information.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, ARBITRATION AND CHOICE OF LAW: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Giveaway, Entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, or any Prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the Entrant; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than Entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Giveaway), and Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.  All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants and Sponsor in connection with this Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflicts of laws rules.
