Lenovo today announced that Pascal Bourguet, Vice President of Sales Strategy and Channel Chief for International Markets; Wade McFarland, Vice President and North America Channel Chief; and Craig Taylor, Senior Director and Canada Channel Chief, have been selected by CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, for inclusion on the prestigious 2026 CRN® Channel Chiefs list. This annual recognition honors IT vendor and distribution executives who are shaping channel strategy and driving innovation and partnership across the industry.

In addition, Bourguet and McFarland were named to CRN®’s 2026 list of the 50 Most Influential Channel Chiefs, an elite subset of the Channel Chiefs list that recognizes leaders whose vision, influence, and measurable impact continue to shape the future of the IT channel.

That partner-focused vision aligns closely with Lenovo’s broader leadership perspective. In CRN’s recent 2026 CEO Outlook, Lenovo Chairman and CEO Yuanqing Yang highlighted Hybrid AI as the most transformative market opportunity for Lenovo and its channel partners, setting the direction that Lenovo’s global channel leaders are helping bring to life through the Lenovo 360 framework.

Under his leadership, Lenovo expanded partner certifications and accreditations to more than 71,000 globally, with 72% focused on non-PC solutions, supporting diversification and services-led growth. Bourguet also helped scale Lenovo 360 Circle, Lenovo’s sustainability-focused partner community, to more than 700 active partners, and supported the second Lenovo 360 Circle Summit, which earned CRN’s Best Value Chain Initiative Award.

Additionally, Bourguet led the expansion of Lenovo 360 for MSPs, opening new routes to market and strengthening managed service capabilities, driving $100 million in new pipeline and reinforcing Lenovo’s position as a trusted, channel-centric leader.

Wade McFarland

Under his leadership, Lenovo accelerated its Lenovo 360 framework, equipping partners with the tools and resources needed to drive growth across an increasingly diverse solutions portfolio. North American partners increased active certifications, with more than half focused on non‑PC solutions, reflecting strong momentum beyond traditional categories.

In a flat to declining market, Lenovo gained share by working through its channel community, delivering premium‑to‑market performance and reinforcing long‑term partner profitability. Wade’s leadership continues to strengthen alignment, build confidence, and create new opportunities for partners to grow alongside Lenovo.

Craig Taylor

Craig TaylorAs Senior Director and Canada Channel Chief, Taylor is recognized for his impactful leadership and commitment to building high‑performance channel organizations rooted in accountability, innovation, and trust. Over the past year, Craig played a key role in advancing the One Lenovo transformation in Canada, successfully expanding the business beyond PCs and accelerating growth across infrastructure, services, and solutions. His leadership helped strengthen the Canadian channel culture, resulting in improved partner Net Promoter Scores and deeper collaboration across the ecosystem. Craig also prioritized ESG initiatives, working closely with partners to support Canada’s customers and communities.

Under his guidance, partners continued to benefit from Lenovo 360, leading to increased partner certifications, higher adoption of Lenovo 360 tools, and more engagement in enablement and marketing programs that deliver meaningful business outcomes.

“These leaders exemplify Lenovo’s commitment to building a partner-first, globally aligned channel ecosystem,” said Matt Zielinski, Executive Vice President and President of International Markets, Lenovo. “They are instrumental in ensuring our partners have the tools, clarity, and flexibility to win, both today and in the future, as we grow together across devices, infrastructure, and services.”
