Lenovo Ranked #1 in TBR Customer Notebook Satisfaction Study
RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, NC – June 5, 2008 – Lenovo today announced it has been recognized as the #1 PC manufacturer in Technology Business Research’s (TBR) “1Q2008 Notebook IT Buying Behavior and Customer Satisfaction Study.” The results, garnered from more than 600 medium and large business customers in the U.S. and Canada, show Lenovo as the overall leading notebook PC-maker.
TBR recognized Lenovo for its improvement in services and support. In 1Q2008, Lenovo led its rivals in terms of phone support, parts availability and repair time and made significant improvements in delivery time.
