Lenovo today announced that Kirk Skaugen, head of its Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG), will be leaving the company.  Effective immediately, Greg Huff, Senior Vice President of ISG Development and Quality and ISG Chief Technology Officer, and Vlad Rozanovich, Senior Vice President for ISG International Sales, will jointly lead the business on an interim basis. Kirk joined the Company in 2016, about two years after Lenovo acquired the x86 server business from IBM.  Since then, he has played an important role in diversifying Lenovo.  Lenovo thanks Kirk for his contributions to building the foundation of our global ISG business.

Lenovo will immediately begin a global search for this key leadership role.  As was demonstrated in the Company’s fourth quarter results, the ISG business is on the right trajectory to return to global growth and profitability.  It is also a key strategic growth engine as Lenovo implements its Smarter AI for All strategy.
