Recognition as a “Top 100 Best Employers” and “Top 10 Best Employers for Women”

Lenovo has received the “2018 China Best Employer Award” from Zhaopin.com, a leading career platform in China. Lenovo won both the “Top 100 Best Employers” and “Top 10 Best Employers for Women” at the award ceremony held in Beijing last week. Both awards were given in recognition of Lenovo’s performance in terms of working environment, career development, and employee satisfaction.

Human resources professionals were involved in the selection, with more than 40 million votes and nominations cast by employees and the public, as well as collaboration with UN Women and the World Health Organization. The winners were selected from a total of 30,854 nominated companies in China—a 76 percent increase over last year.
