Lenovo recognized as a Rising Star in the ISG Provider Lens™ – Future of Work Services 2024 report for Australia

The ISG Provider Lens™ – Future of Work Services is published each year to evaluate providers’ strengths, challenges, and differentiators in the modern workplace. In the recently released 2024 annual report, Lenovo Australia was recognized as a Rising Star in the Managed End-user Technology Services category.

To be eligible, companies must provide connected, always-on, and updated end-user devices for secure collaboration and productivity; support unified endpoint management (UEM), enterprise mobility management, application provisioning, and patch management; offer complete device lifecycle management services; provide digital employee experience (DEX) solutions for automated issue resolution; demonstrate experience in virtual desktop services on-premise and on the cloud; offer related field services; and have at least 75 percent of regional contracts that include end-user technology services management.

A Rising Star & Product Challenger in Managed End-user Technology Services

Out of the 29 companies evaluated in Australia for Managed Workplace Services – End-user Technology, Lenovo’s highly tailored digital workplace solutions, robust portfolio of device and software-agnostic digital workplace solutions, and tailored services earned it the lone Rising Star accolade.

The report noted Lenovo’s deep understanding of each organization’s distinct needs and objectives, as well as its ability to customize its services to meet their specific demands. With plans on the horizon to expand its managed end-user technology services and leverage the TruScale Device-as-a-Service portfolio, Lenovo is aiming to offer customers enhanced value through additional services, sustainability, and flexibility that align with their evolving challenges. Additionally, it has forged a strategic partnership with Microsoft to introduce a Cyber-Resiliency as a Service (CRaaS) — a unique and adaptable security solution.

The Rising Star designation indicates ISG sees strong potential for Lenovo to move from Product Challenger into the Leader quadrant, based on its promising portfolio, market experience, roadmap, and focus on key market trends and customer requirements.

Customers can have peace of mind knowing Lenovo’s managed workplace services have been thoroughly reviewed and evaluated by a third party. This recognition validates Lenovo’s robust portfolio of device and software agnostic digital workplace solutions, its advanced unified endpoint management offering, and the strong managed end-user expansion plans.
