Lenovo was recently recognized as one of America’s Best Employers for Diversity 2023 by Forbes in partnership with Statista.

This recognition is based on surveys from approximately 45,000 U.S. employees working for companies with a minimum of 1,000 employees. The evaluation was determined on the criteria of direct recommendations, indirect recommendations, and research on the company’s key performance indicators.

In addition to this recognition, Lenovo was included in the Bloomberg Gender Equality Index in 2023, as well as being recognized as a best employer for disability inclusion, and has received a 100% ranking as a best employer for LGBTQ workplace equality for five consecutive years.

Lenovo has a global employee base of more than 82,000 employees, operating in more than 180 markets around the world. Lenovo has set goals to achieve 27% global female executive representation by 2025 (from 21% in 2020) and 35% executive representation for U.S. underrepresented ethnic and racial groups (from 29% in 2025). In 2020, Lenovo launched the Product Diversity Office, which works to ensure Lenovo’s technology works for all users, regardless of their background or ability. Lenovo also empowers diverse communities through the work of its global philanthropy and Lenovo Foundation.
